Use a QR code scanner
Open your preferred QR code scanner app.
Point your phone camera at the QR code on the right and scan it.
Follow the onscreen instructions to proceed with the installation.

Manually install from App Store
Go to 'App Store' on your iPhone-powered device.
Select 'Search'.
Enter 'Friendly Express' into the search field.
Once you've found the 'Friendly Express' app, touch to install.
Follow the onscreen instructions to proceed with the installation.
